What is at your disposal
Within each of our apartments, you will find many amenities at your disposal. Through our Alezan Apartment block, we provide you with all the necessary comfort to make you feel at home.
That's why, you will systematically find :
- Heating/air conditioning for an ideal temperature
- Storage to organize yourself as you wish
- A kitchen equipped with the necessary dishes and utensils to prepare good dishes
- A space to work and/or eat
- A spacious and comfortable bathroom with bathtub
All this embellished with a colorful decoration and a perfectly designed layout so that you are at your ease in an apartment "turnkey".
The different types of apartments
Studio
Our studios have an area of 22 m², composed as follows:
- Sofa bed (140x190)
- Fitted cupboard with wardrobe and shelves in main room
- Equipped kitchen with dishes and utensils, hob, microwave and fridge top
- Removable space to work and eat
- Bathroom with washbasin, bathtub with shower screen and toilet
T1
Our T1 have an area of 28 m², composed as follows:
- Sofa bed or 2 single beds
- 2 Fitted cupboards with wardrobe and shelves in main room and entrance
- Equipped kitchen with dishes and utensils, hob, microwave and fridge top
- Removable space to work and eat
- Bathroom with washbasin, bathtub with shower screen and toilet
T2
Our T2 have an area of 36 to 44 m², composed as follows:
- American kitchen, equipped with dishes and utensils, microwave, hob, fridge top
- Living room: 140x190 sofa bed, dining table and chairs, work area, living room table, floor lamp, curtains
- Bedroom: Bed 160x190, Bedside tables with lamps
- Bathroom with washbasin, bathtub with shower screen, Towel rail
- Independent WC
- Balcony
How much it costs ?
Obviously, the rent of the apartments varies according to their size. Here are the rates applied on a monthly basis of 31 days with a tourist tax of €0.80/day.
For a stay between 1 and 3 months :

Note that there is also the amount of the application fee (between €150 and €200; only for stays less than 3 months) and the deposit (between €400 and €700) to be paid. These differ depending on the type of apartment chosen.
